Tours booked directly through our native website will be subject to 100% refund, for cancellations made up to 48 Hrs before tour start time.

Tours booked directly through our native website will be subject to 50%  refund, for cancellations made up to 24 Hrs before tour start time.
No refund will be provided for bookings cancelled within the 24 Hr window of the tour start time.

No Refunds will be provided for non- participation on tours after booking.

No Refunds shall be given to participants unable to reach start point on time. 

Tours and Services Booked through third party platforms such as Airbnb/ Tripadvisor will follow respective refund policies as mentioned on the tour booking page of the respective platforms.
